We make books regularly in our class. These serve to reinforce letter sounds - this time through alliteration - "lovely lion likes l..." and sight words - 'my' 'likes' 'said'. This book will be placed on our shared bookshelf as well as the artworks being displayed on the wall, for tamariki to read. They especially enjoy books they have made and we read them over and over.
