It has been a busy first week at school for Waitī. We have welcomed back the students from last year as well as some new students to our kura for 2020! Our letter focus for this week, amongst all the busyness, was 'c'. A lot of things around us start with this sound...including carrots! On a hot sunny day we all enjoyed sipping our freshly made carrot juice! Tino reka!
Next week our letter focus is 'a'. I wonder what we could juice that starts with that sound......
